Return Policy
REFUND POLICY
Returns – Items can be returned within 30 days for a partial refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Approved returns are subject to 15% restocking fee + our shipping costs. Sale items, clearance items, and certain items that have a notice on the listing are non-returnable.
Items must be unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. This includes items appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of fragrances or odors, or with animal hair.
Exchanges – 30 day exchange window from time of delivery. If you would like a different size than you ordered, customer is responsible for return shipping plus new shipping cost and is subject to availability. Items can be exchanged once per order - no international exchanges. Any price differences and addiontal shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer. New product will be sent once invoice is paid.

Order Returned to Sender (RTS) or Incorrect Address - If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, email sales@alextaylorracig.com immediately. We will do our best to get this corrected prior to shipment. However, if it already shipped - we will wait to see if it returns and re-send the order, but customer is responsible for additional shipping. If additional shipping is not paid within 5 business days of invoice being sent - order will be refunded, less the shipping cost and 15% restocking fee. If it does not return to us, please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order.
If the address you entered was not deliverable or valid - we will reach out for correct address via sales@alextaylorracing.com. If we are unable to receive a correct address from you, we will refund your order after 14 business days.
Missing Items - If there is an item missing in your order, please notify sales@alextaylorracing.com within 5 days of delivery. A replacement item will be sent, or if it is unavailable a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Process
Contact sales@alextaylorracing.com, include your order number and whether you would like to return an item or exchange an item. If exchanging an item, also note what item you would like to exchange for.
You will be instructed to return the item(s) to the address below along with a note of your name and original order number. Return postage and new postage to send the item will be paid by the customer. If the exchange was due to a processing error, your corrected item will be sent along with a prepaid return package.

Once we receive your return, we will either process the refund or send your invoice for additional product cost (when applicable) plus addional shipping. Once paid, we will send tracking information to your email address.
