Shipping Policy
Normal Processing Times - Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to be processed and shipped. The “shipping department” is normally a one person operation run by Debbie - so please have grace! If we are gone racing or to an event - processing time could take 1-2 weeks longer (although we strive to be much more timely).
US Order Shipment Times - Orders should deliver in 3-5 business days from the time shipped. Order with hero cards or stickers only are shipped in an envelope and will not have tracking info, and can take 5-7 business days from time shipped to arrive.
International Order Shipment Times – Please allow 3-4 weeks from your ship date notification. This takes longer due to customs and variables beyond our control.

Order Shipping & Tracking – You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you complete payment, and another once we have shipped your package. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. All orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders will have a tracking number. Orders with only hero cards and / or stickers will ship in an envelope that does not have tracking information - but you will still receive a shipment notification.
What do I do if I put the incorrect shipping address?
Contact sales@alextaylorracing.com immediately. We will do our best to get this corrected prior to shipment. If it has already shipped - we will wait to see if it returns and re-send the order, customer is responsible for additional shipping. If additional shipping is not paid within 5 business days of invoice being sent - order will be refunded, less the shipping cost and 15% restocking fee. If it does not return to us, please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order.
If the address you entered was not deliverable or valid - we will reach out for correct address via sales@alextaylorracing.com. Shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout. If we are unable to receive a correct address from you, we will refund your order after 14 business days.
When will I get my tracking information?
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail once your package is processed for shipment. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation.
Please note it can take up to 3 days for your initial tracking information status to update.
